Brisbane-based brand Motto Motto has launched a new brand, Kyoto, which offers a range of meal kits and ready-to-eat dishes.
While Motto Motto is still operating under current restrictions, the team have managed to keep on staff to work on the Kyoto concept at the brand’s production facility in Fortitude Valley.
“We are always seeking to innovate at Motto Motto and we see the current situation with COVID-19 to be able to do just that, bring to life new concepts and new products through utilising our innovative and agile team,” says William Liu, Motto Motto group managing director.
Dishes have been created by Motto Motto executive chef Ryuji Tomihara and include karaage chicken with curry sauce along with three ramen kits: classic ramen, spicy chilli ramen and black garlic ramen.
The meals are all available for delivery through Kyoto’s website along with selected retailers.
