Newcastle is set to host a weekend festival which will showcase natural wine, craft spirits and beers teamed with a host of food from local chefs.
Naturellement will run from 17-18 April At The Edwards in Newcastle West.
P+V Wine and Liquor Merchants’ Mike Bennie is part of the team behind the event, and says visitors can expect “natural, organic, sustainable and quirky” at the Baller Bar.
Wines from Dirt Candy, Radikon, Jura, Giorgio di Maria, Frank Cornelissen, Gut Oggau, Gravner, Partida Creus, and Cantina Giardino will be on offer alongside Wildflower beer, Black Market Sake, Grainfed Brewing and more.
For visitors wanting to learn more, a series of masterclass will run over the weekend including a pet nat party and an introduction to natural wines priced at $30 a pop.
On the food front, chefs Shayne Mansfield (Flotilla), Joel Humphreys (Lost Boys), Remy Tattersall (Equium Social), Michael Portley (Porteno, Bodega) and David Gleadhill (The Ledbury, Muse) will take over the kitchen
Sessions are priced at $55 and will run from 11am until 2pm and 3pm until 6pm on Saturday and Sunday
