Nelly Robinson has been announced as a chef for Obsession 2018, one of Europe’s most high-profile food shows.
The festival spans 18 nights, with the globe’s best chefs headlining each evening.
Now in its 18th year, the event has previously hosted award-winning Australian chefs Daniel Puskas (Sixpenny) and Pasi Petanen (former Café Paci).
Robinson will collaborate with Kirk Howarth (Plates) for a one-night dinner as part of the festival on 3 February 2018.
“Growing up in this industry, you have dreams you want to achieve, and cooking at Obsession is truly one of my bucket list experiences,” says Robinson. “To represent my own restaurant nel. with my executive pastry chef Jason Brown and to return to Northcote and my dear mentor Nigel, will be an absolute career highlight.”
Obsession18 will feature some of the world’s great culinary talents, including 3 Michelin-starred chef Jean-Phillipe Blondet (The Dorchester), Hiroshi Nakamichi (of 3 Michelin-starred Restaurant Molière), and Jorge Vajello of Quintonil – number 22 in the World’s Best 50 Restaurants.
