The Ternary Garden Bar will launch between Novotel Sydney on Darling Harbour and ibis Sydney Darling Harbour on 27 October, running through until 28 February, 2017.

The Garden Bar will operate Thursday through to Sunday offering a relaxed garden-like setting, complete with tall palms and overhanging fairy lights, and boasting views of the Sydney city skyline.

The bar menu includes a handful of cocktails including the Ternary Fros topped with edible flowers; The Garden Spritz; White Wine Sangria; and Cascade Ginger Beer with Sailor Jerry Spiced Rum, mint and lime.

Wine, boutique and non-alcoholic beverages will also be available.

Nibbles will include freshly shucked oysters by the half or dozen; buckets of King Prawns; and mini chorizo hotdogs with piquillo peppers.

On Friday and Sunday afternoons The Ternary Garden Bar will host a summer BBQ where either an entire lamb or pig will be roasted on a spit and served with seasonal sides and crusty bread rolls and relishes.

The Garden Bar complements The Ternary, which Novotel Sydney launched February 2015, boasting three distinct dining offerings: the Grill Kitchen, the Asian Kitchen and the Wine Bar, each with its own open theatre-style kitchen.
