Bowen Hills’ new dining precinct, King Street at the Brisbane Showgrounds, has welcomed a new addition: The Pine Kitchen.
Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, The Pine Kitchen offers a fresh, modern Australian twist on Middle Eastern cuisine, with the menu comprising tapas-style share plates.
Project director for the Brisbane Showgrounds, Andrew Hay said “We’re thrilled to welcome such a diverse and community driven cuisine to Brisbane’s most exciting food precinct and we’re sure The Pine Kitchen is going to satisfy appetites both young and old.”
The menu includes the Middle Eastern breakfast favourite, shakshouka eggs; as well as chargrilled rosemary and lamb shoulder; Pine falafel burgers; cardamom and beetroot marinated wagyu beef rump; and Pine Kitchen spiced lamb kofta.
Forty new retailers are expected to call the King Street dining precinct home, with established venues including The Lamb Shop, Super Combo, The George, GG Espresso, Fat Dumpling and Il Verde.
