A host of new speakers have joined the line-up for the upcoming Hospitality Leaders Summit held on 29 July in Sydney.
The one-day conference will feature a range of panel discussions, keynote presentations and Q&As.
ACME co-founder and chef Mitch Orr has joined the Solo Operators and Group Operators – What Can We Learn From Each Other panel, which also welcomes Solotel experience director Tara Sullivan and Three Blue Ducks operations manager Paul Dewhurst.

Paul Dewhurst
Bernice Colcomb, Chef de Cuisine at The Star Sydney and head of programs at The Star Culinary Institute, will address delegates during the What Staffing Shortage? Attract and Retain the Right People in Any Business Climate panel. Colcomb has worked in the industry for more than 25 years and will share her experiences working with apprentices.
Phil Gannon, group operations manager at Mary’s Group, has signed on for the Beyond Four Walls – How Products, Merchandise and Pop-Ups Can Boost Your Bottom Line panel, and will discuss how chef collaborations, events and festival appearances complement the Sydney-based hospitality group’s bricks and mortar operations.
The speakers join a stellar line-up of industry figures including Kylie Javier Ashton (Momofuku Seiobo), Justin North (Concept Hospitality), Mal Meiers (Food For Thought), Sam Egerton (Merivale) and more.
Early bird tickets are on sale for the discounted rate of $249 for hospitality trade and $499 for hospitality suppliers until 29 June. After this date, prices will increase by $100 for both categories.
