The Australian Open has announced Nobu as one of the official restaurants for 2018.
The Japanese venue will join Rockpool Dining Group, Laneway Club, 88 Melbourne and Glasshouse as the official restaurants of AO 2018.
“We are extremely excited to welcome Nobu to the Australian Open 2018 lineup,” says Enda Cunningham, Tennis Australia head of hospitality.
“We pride ourselves on working with the very best restaurants in the world and Nobu’s reputation as a culinary leader is unequivocal.
“Our hospitality experiences continue to grow and evolve, providing unique opportunities to all fans.”
“We’re thrilled to be partnering with the Australian Open and Nobu in 2018 to showcase some of the best food that Melbourne has to offer,” says Mark Holmes, Crown Melbourne’s executive general manager of Food & Beverage.
“Nobu is one of the world’s most famous restaurant brands and is hugely popular with tennis players and fans alike during the Australian Open every year at Crown Melbourne, so it’s fantastic to extend this partnership to a new level and bring some of our famed dishes to life on-site.”
