R&CA CEO Juliana Payne congratulated each of the finalists and winners of the Awards on behalf of the Association.

“I’m delighted to be able to recognise tonight just a handful of NSW’s top cafés, restaurants and catering businesses out of a total of more than 15,000 across the state,” she says.

“As we all know, running a café, restaurant or catering business involves an incredible amount of passion, hard work and dedication which often results in very little recognition.

“Tonight’s Awards are all about putting the focus squarely on those individuals whose efforts go into making NSW’s hospitality industry the outstanding success that is today”

Many of the winning businesses in NSW will compete at the national Awards for Excellence held at Peninsula in Melbourne on Monday 30 October.
