Little Billy, a paddock to plate style restaurant which will showcase local produce, has opened at the Wyndham Hotel in Melbourne.

Little Billy is the second restaurant to open in Melbourne as part of the Billy Group of restaurants. The venue aims to use produce with low food miles, and will feature a changing menu that  takes advantage of the freshest local, seasonal produce on offer.

Little Billy is located on the ground floor of Wyndham Hotel Melbourne in the William building and completes the dining and retail experience for guests and visitors to the hotel.

The dining precinct on William Street currently features a selection of eateries including Vietnamese restaurant Banoi, Schmucks Bagels and Wrap it Up.

Hotel manager Kate Costello said Little Billy was a welcome addition to the hotel’s offerings, which also includes a rooftop swimming pool and barbecue area, gymnasium and library.

“Little Billy is the perfect fit for Wyndham Hotel Melbourne. Just like the hotel, it embraces the unique and vibrant Melbourne culture and has a key focus on providing exceptional experiences for its guests,” Kate said.

Little Billy is now open for breakfast and lunch and is due to open for dinner in spring.
