Japanese dessert concept PAFU has launched its first store in Sydney, opening in the Macquarie Centre in the northern suburbs.
From the team behind Hokkaido Baked Cheese Tarts, PAFU serves one menu item – sweet pastry puffs filled with warm custard and apple.
It’s a Japanese take on the French apple turnover, reinvented with PAFU’S signature flaky pastry and baked Fuji apples.
The brand opened its first store in Melbourne’s QV in December 2017 and recently opened its second Melbourne store at Southern Cross Station, as reported by Hospitality.
PAFU’s first Sydney store will feature its signature millennial pink fit-out concept developed by TA-SQUARE.
