PARI Pasticceria has opened in Sydney’s inner-west, transporting food-lovers to Southern Italy with its authentic Sicilian desserts.
Located in Concord, PARI Pasticceria serves traditional pastries, house-made granita and fresh Brioche baked twice a day, alongside Vittoria coffee.
The patisserie is the third venture for chef Paolo Gatto and his wife Rita, who previously owned contemporary Italian restaurant Gatto Matto Trattoria in Five Dock and currently runs Italian street food restaurant Sud.
The pair hope to bring the memories of their Sicilian hometown to the people of Sydney, combining house made Italian sweets with traditional savoury options.
