Vegetarian eatery Pilgrims has opened in Bronte, marking the fifth outlet of the cafe in New South Wales.
Pilgrims opened its first location 40 years ago in Milton, and has since expanded to Huskisson, Cronulla and Corrimal.
Three families are behind the Bronte venue on Macpherson Street, which is currently offering a preview menu in the lead up to full trade kicking off.
“Each of our families have been loyal Pilgrims customers for decades, and are strongly aligned with the cafe’s brand values and beliefs,” says co-owner Nick Bardetta.
“We and are thrilled to bring the brand to our very own backyard and have been blown away by support of the local community.”
Diners can get their hands on a range of burgers, sides, acai bowls and wraps alongside coffee and juices.
