Quick Brown Fox eatery in Sydney’s Pyrmont is set to launch its new after-hours evening spritz and snack bar sessions.
Starting from 10 November, the sessions will run every Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 3:30pm until late.
The venue will be serving up a selection of wine-bar style snacks and summer cocktails in the venue’s courtyard and street-side alfresco dining area.
Head Chef Daniel Grey (Aalia, The Apollo) has created a new Mediterranean-inspired menu designed specifically for sharing.
Highlights include anchovy toast with fermented chilli mayo, eschallot and chives; Appellation oysters teamed with a Champagne vinaigrette; grilled miso burnt butter king prawns and eggplant topped with tamarind peanut glaze.
The menu will also feature Brussels sprouts with pomegranate and tahini; half roast chicken with snake beans and jus, potatoes and carrot top pesto, fennel salad and more.
A selection of cured meats such as bresaola, mortadella and salami along with marinated olives, hummus and shoe string fries will also be on offer.
Beverages will cover three signature spritzes including Aperol, elderflower and Rossini as well as a peach Bellini, Southside, Bloody Mary and Tommy’s margarita.
Wine options encompass sparkling, white and red wine as well as Rosé.
