Sydney-based restaurant delivery service, Suppertime, has expanded into Melbourne, partnering with popular restaurants that don’t usually deliver restaurants, to make their meals more accessible.
Participaing venues include +39 Pizzeria, Mamak, Mr. Big Stuff, and Mama’s Buoi and co-founder Nathan Besser says Suppertime is bringing something unique to the food delivery market.
“Our service is different to anything else in the market as we work only with restaurants that don’t deliver. We do this by employing our own drivers, which sees us take full ownership of the order and delivery process.
“Our goal is to bridge the gap between quality food and convenience. In other words, those craving an easy meal are no longer restricted to fast food or a cheap eat from their closest chain store or pizza joint,” said Besser.
Suppertime delivers to workplaces or residential properties, less than 40 minutes after the orders are submitted.
“By partnering with Suppertime, restaurants also avoid the costs and logistics of employing their own drivers while simultaneously gaining access to a much larger customer base and higher revenue streams,” a statement announcing the Melbourne launch reads.
