Rustica sourdough bakery is set to open a new café in the heart of Melbourne’s CBD.
Securing a spot on the corner of Queen and Little Collins street, the venue will cater to workers, city-goers and visitors and serve up their signature selection of artisan breads and pastries.
The venue joins Rustica’s growing portfolio, with locations also situated in South Yarra, Highpoint, Rialto Towers and Melbourne Central.
“Expect to see all your favourite Rustica breakfast and lunch go-tos across all days of the week, plus an extensive grab-and-go offering for city workers on the run,” says Founder Brenton Lang.
Melburnians will get to enjoy a range of slow-fermented sourdough breads from classic rye to soy, pumpkin and sesame seed and vine fruit and rosemary.
On the dine-in front, avocado on toast is sure to make an appearance alongside a number of egg options, vegetarian dishes and salads plus a beverage offering covering coffee, tea, kombucha, sodas and more.
Official open date to come.
