Events by Aria has evolved into ‘Together with Solotel’, the events arm of hospitality company Solotel, owned by restaurateur Matt Moran and hospitality veteran Bruce Solomon. The result is a multifaceted events offering that taps into Solotel’s diverse range of venues and brands including Aria, The Sheaf and Chiswick.
Together With Solotel has been responsible for brand launches, weddings, exclusive VIP events and parties. They are the exclusive catering partner to the Sydney Opera House and the Art Gallery of NSW.
With the new business announcement comes the addition of a new website, which will cater to all event enquiries and showcase the portfolio of Solotel venues along with options for bespoke and custom-built events.
The team was also recently awarded National Caterer of the Year at the 2017 Savour Australia Restaurant & Catering HOSTPLUS National Awards for Excellence.
