Waverley Greens will be a brand new contemporary hospitality venue located in the heart of Waverley. Currently in the development and construction stage and due to open in early 2023, the venue is part of a wider Mirvac development that will provide a thriving lifestyle and social hub for the local community.
Along with the hospitality venue, the site includes: ‘The Langlee’ complex with 55 premium apartments, two bowling greens and underground parking.
The ground floor precinct (1,100m2) represents the core Food and Beverage offer with internal and alfresco style dining, bar and lounge, gaming area and a street-front Café with a dedicated external entry. Overall seating capacity of the venue will be circa 350.
We are seeking Expressions of Interest from experienced Hospitality Operators to enter into an agreement to provide all catering services for the venue.
Operators must have a demonstrated ability to deliver unique dining experiences, offering outstanding customer service and high-quality product.
It is anticipated that the EOI process will lead to a selective tender process where some hospitality operators will be provided with a detailed concept brief and invited to provide comprehensive submissions as a response.
