Impress your guests with a decadent pork belly pizza using Mainland’s mozzarella.

Serves: 1 large pizza
Ingredients
30cm pizza dough base
60g tomato sugo sauce
100g Mainland mozzarella shredded
90g slow-cooked pork belly cut into 3cm x 3cm slices
50g BBQ sauce
5g micro coriander – picked leaves
10g thinly sliced red radish
Sea salt flakes, cracked pepper and chilli flakes
Method
- Place base on 30cm pizza tray and spread tomato sugo over base.
- Sprinkle mozzarella over the base.
- Mix pork belly with BBQ sauce (and add optional chilli flakes) and spread over the base.
- Cook at 270 degrees Celsius for six minutes or until golden and crisp.
- Remove from oven and scatter with coriander and radish.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper.
