Victoria University’s new City Tower embodies the University campus of the future. It is a state-of-the-art, 32-level vertical campus in the heart of Melbourne’s CBD and Legal Precinct.
Opening in January 2022, it consolidates a number of Victoria University’s city facilities into a 5-star green-rated, industry leading building.
OPPORTUNITY
A new retail café opportunity will be available in the Victoria University City Tower located at 364-378 Little Lonsdale Street, Melbourne, Victoria.
The building is currently under construction, with the cafe´ fit-out to commence November 2021, and operational by January 2022.
Victoria University is seeking proposals from experienced operators to deliver convenient, on-trend food and beverage in this building from two locations.
Location 1: ‘Heritage Café’ is situated on the ground floor of the tower, with direct street access as well as through the building’s lobby.
Location 2: ‘Student Lounge Kiosk’ is situated on level 10.
It is intended that both locations would be leased to the same operator, with a full service provided on the ground floor and a light offering with reduced opening hours on level 10.
With up to 2000 students and 350 staff within the tower, this exclusive café opportunity provides a fantastic foothold for an established operator to deliver a high-quality food, beverage and hospitality offer that enhances the on-campus experience for all Victoria University Tower residents.
