Restaurants have the opportunity to enter one of fourteen restaurant categories. Casual dining establishments have the opportunity to enter one of three categories and caterers can enter up to two of eight categories.
Each establishment that enters has a chance to also take home the major accolades of Restaurant of the Year, Casual Dining of the Year and Caterer of the Year.
There are also many other awards such as the consumer vote award, where the public votes, the healthy kids menu award in South Australia and Queensland, the hospitality awards to celebrate staff who have worked relentlessly for the industry, the fast casual dining award and many more.
