We are delighted to announce our workshop program for 2018, which has been designed based on industry feedback and requirements.
To give you a preview of what you can expect, we have selected a handful of our sessions to showcase:
Path to Profit – specialist speaker Jane Challinor will share her insights and advise hospitality businesses on how to increase profitability.
Opportunities and challenges designing, branding, marketing and distributing drinks in to Asia, particularly China – A hand-selected panel of experts will talk through their successes in launching business into China and the potential pitfalls along the way.
Hook, Line & Sinker – identifying newsworthy angles to get you in the headlines and increase your bottom line – Monica Rosenfeld, managing director of Wordstorm PR, shares tips and best practice for getting PR exposure for your businesses and brands.
Industry Associations – supporting members and advocating for a sustainable industry – Senior executives from peak bodies including Liquor Stores Association, NSW & ACT, Restaurant and Catering Association, Clubs NSW and the Australian Hotels Association NSW share their latest insights.
FOOD PAIRINGS
For the first time we will also be adding a pairing station with three sessions run each day. Experts including Ben Davidson, Richard Feyn and James Buntin been recruited to demonstrate three pairings and will share their thought process during the show.
