Good Food has announced the return of Sydney Good Food Month for January 2022.
The highly-anticipated food festival is set make a comeback for its 23rd year and will see Australia’s culinary talent participate in a program of live-dining experiences.
The headline event, entitled That’s a’Mare: Food of the Italian Coast, will be hosted by Nomad’s Jacqui Challinor, Pilu at Freshwater’s Giovanni Pilu and a’Mare’s Alessandro Pavoni.
“I’m thrilled to be part of Good Food Month, and to collaborate with Guy Grossi, Giovanni Pilu, Jacqui Challinor on what will be a truly unique menu,” says Pavoni.
“We really want to give guests a real taste of regional Italy right here in Sydney. That’s a’Mare is definitely going to be a very special evening for all those attending and we can’t wait to host them.”
The full program will be released on the 30 November with further details on chef appearances, collaborations and exclusive dining offers throughout the month.
“Following a very challenging year for Sydney’s hospitality industry, we’re excited to support and showcase some of our city’s most exciting eateries with Sydney Good Food Month taking place in less than two months,” says Head of Nine Food Events Venessa Cowell.
“Furthermore, we’ve been working hard to develop a program of interesting culinary events that will give friends and family the opportunity to come together and have a dining experience that is really memorable. We’re looking forward to sharing more details soon.”
