After a successful boom in takeaway and deliveries, Tequila Mockingbird is launching a new at-home restaurant experience.
The concept will expand beyond its current location in Paddington by opening a dark kitchen in the CBD that will serve customers located in the Inner West, Inner South and Lower North Shore.
A kitchen in Darlinghurst will follow, with the group looking at additional locations across the city.
Delivery will remain in-house, with customers across the city now able to order everything from taco boxes to cauliflower fritas.
In addition, bottled cocktails will be made fresh to order with a QR code that will link customers to a video tutorial led by Bartender Mark Crawford.
Patron cocktail kits will also be on offer for those wishing to practice their mixology skills at home along with a wide selection of boutique wines and beers.
Tequila Mockingbird will also hold a series of wine dinners throughout lockdown.
