Sydney Tower’s dining offering is set to be overhauled in a $12 million renovation.
The Tower’s two restaurants, 360 Bar and Dining and Sydney Tower Buffet, will close from 2 March for the upgrades, which mark the first renovations since 2006.
Sydney Tower Buffet will be refreshed with a lighter decor and 360 Bar and Dining will follow the elegant route with a high-end, elegant feel.
The renovation will also see the launch of a new lounge bar which will open on level three. The space will officially be the highest bar in Sydney and see an innovative drinks program teamed with a bar menu.
“Sydney Tower is truly an icon of the Sydney skyline, and holds a treasured place in the hearts of Sydneysiders and many local and international tourists,” says Joseph Murray of Trippas White, the group behind the venues.
“We’re thrilled to be building Sydney’s CBD entertainment and dining offerings by creating a world-class food and beverage destination.”
The renovations are slated to be completed by the end of July 2020.
