From 27 July, hidden CBD bar Dusk Club will turn into a late-night Cuban-style venue for its second pop-up as part of an ongoing series.
Located at Solotel’s Edinburgh Castle hotel, Dusk Club will be partnering with Bacardi for the Havana-inspired project.
Cocktail-wise there will be a four-person mojito teapot alongside other tipples such as a Papa Doble (Bacardi Carta Oro, pink grapefruit, maraschino, and lime); a Hotel Nacional (Bacardi Carta Oro, apricot, pineapple, and lime) and more.
On the food front, expect a menu of small share plates, along with the full main bar menu also on offer.
Some of the share plates on serve include spicy chickpea dip with flatbread, corn ribs with chilli lime, crispy calamari with vinegar salt, and buffalo chicken wings with ranch sauce.
The venue will transform into a vintage-style setting with Cuban artworks, rattan furnishings, blue velvet textiles, and moody lighting.
This is Dusk Club’s second pop-up after last year’s roaring 20’s gin and jazz bar with Bombay Sapphire.
Dusk Club goes to Havana starts on 27 July, and runs from Tuesday to Friday from 5pm.
Dusk Club is located at Edinburgh Castle Hotel at 294 Pitt Street Sydney.
