Restaurant and rooftop fine diner Ciel is slated to arrive at the Infinity Park precinct in Sydney’s Norwest this August.
Ciel will be spearheaded by Chef Joshua Mason who also owns Quoi Dining in the Norwest area, and has trained at Michelin-star venues such as Atelier Crenn and Coi in San Francisco.
“We are bringing social back to The Hills District, introducing a touch of luxury and excitement to the area. Our venue will offer a sophisticated yet ‘vibe-y’ atmosphere, perfect for enjoying a delightful meal and drinks with friends,” says Mason.
“As my second venture in the northwest, I’m deeply grateful for the opportunity to continue investing in this vibrant community.”
The 120-seat venue will boast quiet luxury sending a nod to well-known restaurants such as Eleven Madison Park and The French Laundry.
Mason is paying homage to his Sicilian heritage at Ciel curating a Mediterranean-inspired menu with a strong focus on local seafood.
Guests can expect an ice-well at the venue which will showcase fresh oysters, lobsters, crustaceans, and local Australian fish.
The kitchen will also be equipped with a custom-made grill and charcoal oven which will see a range of dishes influenced by fire.
Ciel will be open daily and is located at 7 Maitland Place, Norwest, New South Wales.
