Hospitality Magazine’s #whatsyour beef competition is in full swing with just over two weeks left to enter.
Launched in conjunction with Meat and Livestock Australia, the competition encourages chefs to showcase the versatility of beef by asking them to develop creative, beef-centric lunch time dishes and then post them to social media using the hashtag #whatsyourbeef.
Up for grabs is a Marco Pierre White signed cleaver, a $250 King of Knives voucher and editorial coverage in Hospitality magazine.
To enter simply take a photo of a beef dish that is currently (or soon to be launched) on your lunch menu, tag it to our Facebook page and/or your Instagram and/or Twitter accounts with the hashtag #whatsyourbeef, and share!
For some inspiration head to the Hey Chef #whatsyourbeef website which is packed full of recipe suggestions and advice on how to create mouthwatering lunch time dishes using a variety of cuts.
The competition will conclude on 25 September, with finalists announced in early October. A panel of judges will then visit the finalist’s venue to taste their beefy creation, with the #whatsyourbeef champion named in late November.
