The Big Easy Group have announced they’ll open a second location of their much-loved delicatessen Bottega Bandito in the Adelaide CBD.
The second site will open near Rundle Mall on James Place and follows the first location that launched in Prospect in Adelaide’s inner north during 2021.
The new CBD location will be home to Bottega Bandito’s house made sandwiches, focaccia, and pastries for both dine-in and take-away.
It will also host a micro-bakery led by Head Pastry Chef John Laguna that will provide produce to both Bottega Bandito locations.
“Our original location has been a huge hit, there’s always a high demand for our freshly made sandwiches and pastries,” says The Big Easy Group Managing Director Oliver Brown.
“Our vision for the CBD location is to replicate the charm and quality of our Prospect venue, with the added excitement of the micro-bakery. We found the baking process to be so mesmerising that we felt it needed to be put on display within the venue.”
The new outpost will join The Big Easy Group’s portfolio of SA venues including Anchovy Bandit, Bandit Pizza and Wine, Bowden Brewing, and Nola.
Bottega Bandito Adelaide CBD will be open daily at 60 King William Street, Adelaide, South Australia.
