Sculpture by the Sea is back and so is The Grounds by the Sea, which t his year will debut a desert oasis atop Marks Park, from 20 October to 6 November.
Inspired by their recent trip to America’s South West, co-founder, Ramzey Choker, and head stylist and creative developer, Therese Moussa, will create an Adobe-styled hacienda and dry-climate vegetation display, heavily influenced by Arizonian design and architecture.
“We love creating experiences for our guests and challenge ourselves with each new endeavour to push the boundaries with our ideas, even if it’s just for two and a half weeks. We’re constantly questioning how every single element can help further evolve the feeling of escapism; from the menu offering through to the colour of the ceiling in the house,” said Choker.
Group executive chef, Paul McGrath, will be serving up a limited edition menu of wholesome dishes, including healthy breakfast bowls, seafood platters and The Grounds’ burgers, with the presence of Arizonian inspired flavours of lime, chilli and coconut throughout.
