To celebrate one year in Melbourne’s hospitality scene, Toorak’s Yardmill Kitchen and Grocery will be launching a new raw high tea series.

Yardmill’s owner Tracey Sisson has been working closely with head pastry chef, Emma Granleese to create a high tea made from nutritious, local ingredients.

The high tea comprises a range of raw goods including mini raw vegan carrot cakes with creaming lemon icing; raw vegan chocolate mousse with raspberry chai and crunchy cocoa nibs; and fresh tropical chai shots – all of which contain no refined sugars, dairy or gluten and are 100 percent raw.

“The past year has been an amazing journey for the Yardmill family,” says Sisson. “We have worked very hard with local farmers, nutritionists and our dedicated chefs to create dishes which we believe will not only help nourish locals, but give them a real ‘from scratch’ home cooked experience.

“This range of unique raw high tea indulgences comes from a place of believing that celebrations don’t always have to include foods that do not nourish and drive you in some way.”

The Yardmill raw high tea series will be available from October.
