Jeremy Pace has been appointed head chef at Cremorne restaurant Barrel Bar and Dining.
Pace has 16 years of experience as a chef and boasts an in-depth knowledge of French cuisine. Prior to joining Barrel Bar and Dining, Pace was head chef at Bistro Guillaume, Sydney, and sous chef at Guillaume, Paddington, and Guillaume, Sydney Opera House.
“As a team, we share the same vision of creating a memorable combination of a French-inspired menu alongside a selection of Australian and European wines,” says Pace.
Owner of Barrel Bar and Dining Tony Binning and Alex Searle are delighted to welcome Jeremy to the team.
“We’ve built an enviable reputation for our wine list and the drawcard of such a talented head chef will appeal to Sydney foodies who enjoy a venue where the glass and plate work harmoniously together,” says Binning.
