Alejandro Saravia’s Victoria by Farmer’s Daughters will be teaming up with Four Pillars Gin to launch Summer Sunday Sessions next year.
The sessions will take place every Sunday from 15 January until 26 March and will be held at the restaurant’s terrace bar.
Guests will be able to enjoy bottomless Four Pillars gin cocktails as well as a seven-course seasonal menu curated by Saravia and his team.
The food offering will rotate constantly and highlight regional producers from across the state of Victoria.
Exampled dishes include Cobb Lane sourdough with Inglenook Dairy salted butter; fried Rockling sandwich served with gribiche and kohlrabi remoulade; O’Connor beef skewers with black garlic glaze; Millbrook hand cut chips; Mount Zero biodynamic grain hummus and a cuvée chocolate brownie with a salted caramel sauce for dessert.
The drinks list will feature seasonal cocktails made with Four Pillars’ Bloody Shiraz, Rare Dry and Fresh Yuzu gins.
There will also be non-alcoholic beverage options showcasing Four Pillars’ Bandwagon alcohol-free spirits alongside a selection of Victorian wines and beers.
Each session will run across two sittings: 11:30 to 1:30pm and 2:30pm to 4:30pm.
