For our first masterclass video, Hospitality magazine visited Sydney’s O Bar and Dining to try its Pink Ruby cocktail, created especially by head bartender Glen Wheeler for the Vivid Festival.
“In the first weekend alone we sold about 300 of them, so it’s been hugely popular … selling five to each one of our second best seller at the moment,” Wheeler told Hospitality.
Last year, Vivid Sydney attracted over 800,000 people with its light installations and projections illuminating the Sydney Opera House, Circular Quay, The Rocks and Walsh Bay.
