American-style buffalo chicken venue Wings of Glory are set to open their second store in the Melbourne CBD. Their flagship venue in Clarendon Street, South Melbourne serves up boneless wings, chicken wraps, offering an authentic take on the American dish.
Founder Steven Lo created the brand after travelling through the United States, where he was captivated the zingy buffalo sauce and American craft beer.
“We will promote the same ambience as our South Melbourne venue and encourage an indoor/outdoor feel,” said Lo’s wife and business partner, Jen, who helped to establish the brand.
“We get it right, keep it simple and keep the costs reasonable for those who want to simply enjoy buffalo wings… just like in America.”
Everything is made on-site, with the menu including four, six and ten piece wing packs, in original, boneless and vegetarian, as well as a number of sides, salads and ice-cream hotdogs.
The drinks list features American amber ales, IPA’s and alcoholic ginger beer with an Melbourne craft beer.
The new location will be open Monday–Thursday from 11:30am until 10pm, Friday until 11pm, Saturday from midday until 11pm and Sunday from midday until 10pm.
