Dubbed the Recovery Summit, the program will stream on Facebook and revolve around how the global restaurant industry can get back on its feet and thrive once again.

Chefs and bartenders demonstrating dishes and cocktails.
Visions of Recovery
Chef interviews on Instagram Live.

How current events are transforming food including changing ingredients, menus and culinary outlooks in a post-pandemic world.
New Horizons
A keynote speaker will discuss the future of fine dining, inclusiveness and recognition.
“We are all aware that the hospitality sector has suffered horrendously as a of the pandemic through the majority of 2020, but we are now seeing tentative signs of renaissance, albeit unevenly, across different parts of the globe,” says William Drew, director of content for The World’s 50 Best Restaurants.
