Bavarian Bier Caf to open in Miranda

The Bavarian Bier Caf is gearing to open its tenth location, Miranda in Sydney’s South.

The new Bavarian Bier Caf & Rooftop Bar will be located at Westfield Miranda and will bring new modern additions to the dining, drinking and entertainment experience of which the Bavarian Bier Caf is renowned.

The venue will feature an impressive range of imported German biers including Lwenbru, Franziskaner, Stiegl, Frstenburg, Spaten, Paulaner and Hofbru, as well as craft biers and monthly guest biers. Wines and speciality and frozen cocktails will also be on offer along with a dedicated Jger Bar, serving cocktails and the famous ‘Flying Stag’ shot comprising Red Bull and Jgermeister.

Food wise, the new Miranda venue will feature a selection of traditional German cuisine, as well as lighter, modern dishes, a build-your-own salad menu and roasted meats. An all-day menu featuring burgers and hot dogs will also be available from the Rooftop Bar and an Express Stand that will service customers looking for a quick bite to go.

The new site will accommodate over 300 customers and create 100 full-time and casual positions.
